Huckins Named Chief Growth Officer at Lumicera
MADISON, Wis. – March 12, 2026 – Lumicera Health Services is proud to announce that Eric Huckins has been promoted to Chief Growth Officer, a role in which he will guide the next stage of Lumicera’s expansion, partnerships and specialty pharmacy innovation.
For six years, Huckins has played a central role in Lumicera’s growth, helping the company become a nationwide leader in specialty pharmacy solutions. His impact on Lumicera’s expansion has been both strategic and operational, helping the company deliver on its mission to ensure hightouch, highvalue specialty care for clients and patients.

Huckins joined Lumicera in 2020 after developing and leading a successful specialty pharmacy program at SSM Health–Wisconsin. When Lumicera began supporting SSM as its first integrated health system partner, Huckins played a pivotal role in aligning the health system’s specialty pharmacy operations with Lumicera’s national infrastructure.
Since then, his leadership has touched nearly every aspect of Lumicera’s expansion. As Vice President of Business Development, he oversaw:
- Growth of Lumicera’s specialty pharmacy partnerships
- Sales and implementation efforts
- Optimization of an increasingly diverse client portfolio
- Strategic initiatives that strengthened Lumicera’s nationwide presence
His work has helped establish Lumicera as a trusted partner for health systems, payers and organizations seeking innovative and transparent specialty pharmacy solutions.
As Chief Growth Officer, Huckins will lead efforts to accelerate Lumicera’s growth and expand its specialty pharmacy capabilities.
