  • Visit MyPortal and fill in your contact information to start the enrollment process
  • We will send you an email or text to complete your sign up
  • Once you’ve signed up, we’ll send you a code to make sure it’s you
  • Log in anytime to view all your information

Filling Your Prescription

Making sure your prescription is easy to fill is important to us. Simply visit MyPortal at myportal.lumicera.com to get started. Here you can:

  • Click the link or the “Refill Request” icon
  • Select your drugs
  • Confirm your address
  • Select a shipping date
  • Order supplies

We will remind you about refills by phone, email or text before you run out. You can also refill your prescription via two-way text. Talk to your Lumicera representative next time you call in to enroll in our texting program.
