Benefits Overview

Lumicera Health Services is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Navitus Health Solutions, and enjoys the Navitus full range of benefits. Our company offers a flexible cafeteria-style benefits plan that gives employees an array of insurance choices including many employer-paid and voluntary benefits.

Eligibility Summary:

  • Based on eligibility, most benefits begin the first of the month on/following date of hire.
  • Domestic Partner coverage is available for health, dental and vision, optional life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance on a post-tax basis.
  • Full-time or part-time employees regularly scheduled to work at least 30 hours a week are eligible for Paid Time Off, Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance, Short and Long Term Disability, Health, Vision, Dental, Optional Life & AD&D Insurance and Flexible Spending Accounts. 
  • Full-time or part-time employees regularly scheduled to work at least 20 hours a week are eligible for Paid Time Off. 
  • Employees who are at least 21 years old and are full-time, part-time or limited-term employees are eligible for the Navitus Retirement Plan. 
  • All employees are eligible for the Employee Assistance Plan and College Savings Plan.
